Annie Sanders

  • Annie joined the United Way staff in July 2018. She is a lifelong resident of Mid-Michigan. Annie has a strong passion for community and the desire to improve the quality of life for those around her. As the leader of UWGIC, Annie’s role is establishing a vision for community impact that is achieved through the efforts of a diverse team of high-performing leaders, staff and volunteers. A key element of her work is raising funds and strategically cultivating partners and donors. She strives to leverage United Way’s breadth of community presence, relationships and strategy. Annie works to reinforce commitment to the UWGIC mission and to create real social change that leads to better lives and healthier communities.

Tina gaillard

  • Tina joined the United Way staff in April 2009. She oversees the proper implementation of financial policies, maintains the database and administrative procedures, prepares financial reports and manages daily office operations. Tina serves as the staff liaison to the Building & Finance committee, and provides financial management and administrative support for the organization.

Lindsey Lintjer

  • Lindsey joined the United Way staff in August 2015. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. Her skills include advertising, marketing, communications, design and photography. Lindsey has a passion for working with nonprofit organizations and traveling abroad. In addition to design, Lindsey manages United Way's website, social media and volunteer platform.

Terri Legg

  • Terri Legg is the Director of Grants & Public Policy for United Way of Greater Central Michigan. She previously served as Executive Director of United Way of Montcalm-Ionia Counties from 2016 until the spring 2025 merger with Gratiot & Isabella United Way. With over 25 years of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors, Terri is known for her strategic leadership and her strong advocacy for ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families.

    Terri’s dedication has earned her notable recognition, including being named the Champions for Children Community Member of the Year in 2020 and receiving nominations for the 50 Most Influential Women in West Michigan in both 2019 and 2020.

    Outside of work, Terri enjoys life with her four children and is an avid traveler who has visited all 50 states and nearly 300 U.S. National Park sites.

 

tiffany eisenberger

  • Tiffany joined the United Way staff in November 2021 as the Data & Administrative Support Coordinator. In July 2023, she transitioned into her new role as the Resource Development Manager. She is responsible for generating revenue, implementing resources and managing workplace campaigns. Her role is essential to the success of United Way of Gratiot & Isabella Counties’ financial commitment to the community to strategically address our most critical needs. Tiffany is passionate about creating a positive impact in our community.

BRITTANY STONEMAN

  • Brittany joined the United Way team in August 2023. A (nearly) lifelong resident of Gratiot County, Brittany grew up in Breckenridge, MI and now lives with her family in Alma. As Community Impact Manager, she is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with local non-profits, finding collaborative solutions to community issues, and executing initiatives that make a positive impact in the communities we serve, including our ALICE Support Fund. Brittany earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from Kettering University and brings non-profit fundraising, project management, and community engagement experience to the team. She cares deeply about providing equitable access to education, health, and financial stability, and strives to make her community a great place to live, work, and play for all. Fun fact - Brittany and her husband, Bart, danced in Arts United in 2020 and it is one of their favorite annual events!

Eli hall

  • Eli joined the United Way staff in July of 2015. Alma is her home town and she is a familiar face in the community. Her role is focused on collaborative relationships that connect United Way programs and services to more people. She enjoys sharing and growing the impact of United Way in the community. Eli has a master’s degree in International Public Service and speaks Spanish.
