Impact & Resource Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Impact & Resource Coordinator plays a vital role in driving long-term, measurable community change. This position is responsible for sustaining current programs, cultivating new partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of United Way of Greater Central Michigan’s mission.
The Impact & Resource Coordinator will lead and support initiatives aligned with agency goals, Board direction, and emerging community needs. Key responsibilities include fund development and investment processes, support for funded partners, community engagement, execution of events and initiatives, and grassroots collaboration efforts.
While the home office for this position is located in Montcalm/Ionia counties—and the primary focus will be within those counties—the Community Impact Coordinator will also contribute to programming and impact efforts across all four counties in UWGCM’s service area.
