Community Impact & Resource Coordinator

A lifelong resident of Montcalm County, Toni Mikula rejoined the United Way family in 2025 as the Community Impact & Resource Coordinator. Her deep local roots and prior experience with United Way of Montcalm County give her a strong understanding of the unique strengths, challenges, and opportunities within both communities. Toni brings extensive experience in community engagement, partnership development, and program coordination across nonprofit and business sectors. She is known for her ability to build meaningful relationships, foster collaboration, and approach challenges with empathy, creativity, and purpose. Passionate about making a difference, Toni works to connect people, resources, and programs in ways that create lasting, positive impact. Guided by United Way’s mission, she is committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen communities, improve lives, and empower individuals and families throughout Montcalm and Ionia Counties.
