Tina Gaillard

Director of Finance & Administration

Tina joined the United Way staff in April 2009 and has been a cornerstone of the organization ever since. In her role, she oversees the implementation of financial policies, ensures accurate recordkeeping, maintains the organization’s database and administrative procedures, prepares detailed financial reports, and manages daily office operations to keep everything running smoothly. Tina also serves as the staff liaison to the Building & Finance Committee, providing guidance, support, and insight for long-term strategic planning. Her expertise is critical to the overall success of UWGCM. Tina is deeply committed to supporting the organization’s mission by maintaining transparency, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring that United Way can continue to effectively serve the community and make a meaningful, lasting impact for individuals and families throughout the region.
