Resource Development Manager

Tiffany joined the United Way staff in November 2021 as the Data & Administrative Support Coordinator, where she quickly became a vital part of the organization’s operations and support systems. In July 2023, she transitioned into her current role as Resource Development Manager, bringing her strong organizational skills and relationship-building abilities to the forefront of United Way’s fundraising and campaign efforts. In this role, Tiffany is responsible for generating revenue, implementing resource development strategies, and managing workplace campaigns across the region. Her work plays a critical role in ensuring United Way’s financial strength and its ability to strategically invest in programs that address the community’s most pressing needs. Passionate about making a meaningful difference, Tiffany is committed to creating lasting, positive change throughout mid-Michigan.
