Elizabeth (Eli) joined the United Way staff in July 2015 and has been a dedicated member of the team ever since. A proud native of Alma, she is a familiar and trusted face in the community, with strong and lasting connections to the people and organizations she serves. In her part-time role, Eli collaborates closely with team members and community partners to strengthen programs, expand services, and ensure United Way’s resources reach those who need them most. She also serves as the building manager of the Wilcox Non-Profit Center in Alma, providing support to local organizations and helping coordinate community-focused initiatives. Eli is passionate about advancing United Way’s mission and creating a meaningful, lasting impact throughout the community. She holds a master’s degree in International Public Service and is fluent in Spanish.
