Welcome to Step 2!

Thank you for applying for a United Way Community Impact Grant. This form will gather additional information on your program grant request for our Community Investment Committee to review to make a final funding decision. Funds for this cycle will begin to be distributed at the end of September, and will be paid out on a quarterly basis. Organizations who are eligible for this funding must have active 501(c)(3) status and be applying for this funding under the categories of Healthy Community, Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, Community Resiliency.
