Welcome to Step 2!

Congratulations on making it to Step 2. In the form below, please describe why you are requesting funding from our organization in as much detail as possible, including data if applicable. In the Project Impact section, make sure to include how this project is necessary and influential to the community. If there are portions of your program/initiative that are not fully solidified at this time, please make sure to note this. United Way will require progress reporting on the funding awarded. For one-year Innovation Grants, this will be in February. For two-year Sustaining Grants, this will be done twice — once halfway through the funding timeline, and once at the end of the funding cycle.
